How do I apply for a home?

Get in touch about the property you like and we'll arrange a viewing. If you want to go ahead, we'll send a short application and run the usual checks.

What checks will you carry out?

Identity and right to rent, references from previous landlords or employers, and an affordability check. We'll tell you exactly what we need up front.

How do I report a repair?

Call the office during working hours, or use the repair form on our Tenants page at any time. Emergencies are covered 24/7.

Is my deposit protected?

Yes. Every deposit is registered with a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme, and we'll send you the certificate.

Can I decorate or have a pet?

Often, yes. Ask us first and we'll check with the owner. Most reasonable requests are approved.
