Moss Lane East was an underused plot. Now it's a row of contemporary brick townhouses designed for the way people live today: open-plan rooms, light from both sides and easy access outdoors.
Energy efficiency was part of the brief from the start, so running costs stay low and the homes stay comfortable all year round. Green planting and shared spaces at the front give the street a sense of community.
