From a disused tennis club to a private road

For years the site sat empty: an old tennis club, slowly giving way to weeds. MAI Construction saw something else. The plan was four homes that felt individual, sat comfortably beside the English Martyrs church, and were built to last.

Each house opens up on the ground floor. The living room, day room and kitchen run together into one bright space, and bi-folding doors stretch wall to wall onto the garden. Upstairs, the finish is just as considered, right up to the en-suite in the eaves.

Because the same group built them, we know these homes inside out. That makes management simpler for owners and living here easier for tenants.
