Do I have to use MAI Housing if I didn't buy from MAI Construction?
No. We built our reputation on MAI Construction homes, but we're happy to manage any well-kept residential property that fits our standards.
How do you find tenants?
We list on Rightmove and OpenRent with professional photos, carry out viewings and run background, reference and affordability checks on every applicant.
How and when will I get paid?
Rent is collected from tenants, and we pay it to you with a clear monthly statement showing every payment in and out.
